Flower Field Update

The flower field didn’t get planted until really late this year so it’s just now finally coming into bloom. Not going to lie, it’s pretty gorgeous out there right now. If you want to start your own cut flower garden, check out this post about my top flowers for cutting.

And of course, I had to add a few duck photos to this post. They are getting more wild instead of more tame every day. They definitely do NOT like me! They have brown feathers coming in pretty thick now. We are still not sure what kind of ducks they are.

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing. Is there a special duck treat to keep in your pocket? They only get it from you?

I will have to look. They do like kale but I have to precut it and it’s kind of hard to feed them it out of my hand. I should do some research!

Your cutting garden and bouquet are gorgeous! How I love the garden in high summer.
I thought ducks bond with the first person they see. Is that an urban legend?

Well I think in my case, they bonded with each other! Haha.
